Bathroom Renovation

“Gary has done a lot of work for me at my home.  It started out with adding at attic staircase, putting in a closet system in my basement, and completely renovating an upstairs bathroom.  I was very pleased with the work Gary did.

My bathroom came out beautiful as Gary created a very unique tiling pattern in the shower and many other custom features.  I was very pleased with my new closet system and attic stairs also.  About a year later, I asked Gary to create a new kitchen for me on a very limited budget (10K).  Again, I was so impressed with the renovation.

My kitchen looked custom designed, but in truth, was put together with “medium grade” products that I chose due to the budget constraints.  So, my “budget” kitchen was gorgeous and I could not be more pleased with the outcome.  New tile floors, cabinets, french doors, lighting.  In August 2010, I listed my home for sale and it sold in 24 hours.

The buyers told me they loved my kitchen and bathroom!  There is no question in my mind that those updated projects, along with the general “good condition” of my home, was an impressive selling feature.  Gary works within quoted time frames and is a very neat worker – that was important to me because I still had to live in my home while the projects were being completed!  I would highly recommend Gary Nepini for a home project.” - Debra A.
